Community Engagement Liaison - Child & Community Services Division/Office Of Community Engagement
• If you would like to set up a presentation, or are interested in having DES Child & Community Services Division (CCSD) at a resource table, please email me at jmcdilda@azdes.gov.• Lead a team for Voice of the Customer project focusing on DES Division communication internally and externally.• Engagement with the stakeholders and community partners through networking meetings which are held throughout the state both in person and virtually.• Provide presentations to the community, either virtually or in person. The presentations are brief overviews of the division to inform the community on the services provided.• Participate in Tabling Events, or Booths, that are generally held at community events and resource fairs. These events require setting up a table with flyers, brochures, and applications. Community members stop and visit tables and are able to ask questions about DES and the divisions represented, affording a presence within the greater community.• Extensive work in Salesforce, including creating accounts (i.e. organizations/community partners), contacts, and submitting reports.• Pull Office of Community Engagement weekly/monthly Salesforce reports and updating huddle board.• Assist with Office of Community Engagement events including the Quarterly Informational Forums. At the Forums community partners attend to hear updates from the DES director, and then go into breakout rooms to hear updates from the divisions of their choice. Information presented in the breakout sessions will be dependent on updates from CCSD that need to be conveyed to community partners.• Involved in the monthly Resource Partner Session with all of the divisional liaisons presenting an overview of their divisions services and how to navigate to specific areas of the DES website.• Collaborate with CCSD on divisional projects that are created to assist with forming partnerships and representation in the community.
Community Outreach Coordinator - Division Of Child Support Services
