I love being an SE 🤓 This career allows me to live out and focus on two of my favorite values:1. Building trusting relationships with others2. Helping people solve their problems technically (a dear superpower that I used to save my grandpa once from online scammers). The acronym SE can refer to different positions like Sales or Solutions Engineer, but regardless of the title I am honored to hold, at the core of my work I give software demonstrations for a living and provide technical support in the context of sales opportunities. Most of my experience is in pre-sales, net new, upsells, and some post sales with majority of my expertise residing in the world of Data & Analytics. Prior to my life as an SE, I was a former Executive Assistant turned Data and Business Intelligence Analyst. I worked hard to make that career shift and pursued my interest to navigate and mine data in storage solutions like SQL and Non-SQL based plus to expose data for analytics that could drive better decision making via solutions like Excel, PowerBI, Alteryx and Tableau. I had the desire and curiosity to learn through self teaching and seeking out the experts. Whether I work in Data & Analytics or am getting up to speed in a new industry like my current focus of DevOps, my love for being an SE remains as does my current ambition to hopefully be a lifelong SE. All the solution expertise I cultivated at Salesforce now fuels my ability to deploy impactful use case strategies and foster client empowerment. With proficiency in both English and Spanish, I am a confident communicator and storyteller who enables clientele regardless of technical background to harness the full potential of their software solutions. What might you ask are the cornerstones of my success and ability to learn new roles from the world around me? Following another two of my favorite values: Authenticity and Self-Awareness 😌
Listed skills include Microsoft Office, Spanish, Time Management, Software Documentation, and 19 others.
