Asian American Arts Alliance (A4) is a nonprofit organization based in NYC dedicated to ensuring greater representation, equity, and opportunities for Asian American artists and cultural groups. I lead A4's programming which includes community events, professional development workshops, panel discussions, and awards and fellowships.

I co-created Make America Dinner Again, a dinner series that brings people with different political viewpoints together with the aim to build understanding. Listening at its core, these dinners consist of respectful conversation, guided activities, and delicious food shared among 6-10 guests who have our country's best interest at heart. Due to COVID.

My role as executive director is to establish and nurture partnerships with foundations, major donors, and influential leaders in order to advance our organizational goals and mission to build connection and transform communities through meaningful dialogue. I oversee a dedicated remote team in developing and executing ongoing and new programming.

• Developed communications strategy for crowdfund campaign, season 1 launch, and each episode releasewhich included crafting copy and scheduling posts across social media channels
• Secured coverage in Columbia Journalism Review and NBC News which helped the team reach crowdfund goalof 1,000+ backers and $40K, nearly double industry average for a first-time podcast
• As lead producer for launch event, I coordinated with contributors, partners, technical director, and volunteersto put on a successful, live storytelling show and reception for a 200+ audience
