Main Project: Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 from Buendia to BalintawakSections 1, 1A, 2A, 2A', 2B, 3, 4, 5Quantifying the overall project progress and daily accomplishments of each section of the skyway for the weekly, monthly and quarterly accomplishment report.Monitoring the actual costing of the project with regards to the targeted accomplishments with the s-curve and graphs while analyzing the project slippage.Quantity Take-off and as-built Detailed Quantity Calculation of the different components of the skyway including Preliminaries, Earthworks, Structural, Highway, and Drainage to progressively determine the updated and on-going project cost and supplying the backup calculations and references.Quantity Estimation, review and evaluation of Replacement Cost Estimates (RCE) of the different affected structures and establishments (residential and commercial) along the right-of-way of the project.Coordination and reconciliation of replacement cost estimates, including unit prices from Construction Materials Price Data and other external sources with DPWH and CCEC.Field inspection of actual accomplishments to verify the BOQ or Variation/Change Orders of the different contractors involved in the project.
