• Coordinates with senior management and sales team to develop specific event goals, objectives and strategy for event execution

• Acts as organization’s sole project manager for tradeshows, executive leadership meetings, internal sales conferences, customer and partner conferences, sales incentive trip, employee appreciation events, totaling.
• Contributes to strategic planning sessions with senior management to develop specific event goals, objectives and strategy for execution
• Develops and adheres to strict budget guidelines by negotiating with individual vendors throughout the planning process
• Acts as primary interface between event stakeholders, including senior management, customers and external suppliers with regards to venue selection, contract negotiation and budget management
• Oversees event execution onsite by managing the run of show, directing and delegating tasks to event staff, and evaluating outside vendors performance
• Communicates all event details to appropriate parties, including internal colleagues, event attendees / registrants, senior management, Entrust Datacard customers and partners

• Served as organization’s interface between all key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal associates for assigned events and programs
• Orchestrated all aspects of in-house planning of travel programs logistics to include Time Lines, Event Specifications Guides, Budgeting, Mail-outs, Room Block Management, Activity Coordination, and upholding program.
• Developed meeting or event designs to include coordination of food and beverage services, managing technical production and creating the appropriate event environment
• Coordinated all aspects of on-site execution of travel programs, including management of on-site staffing
• Scheduled and led Turn-Over Meeting and Post-Program Debriefs
• Coordinated and executed 25 team Bud Light Lime Beach Volleyball National Championship in September 2011
