As the General Manager of four local curated grocery stores, I was responsible for the overall operational management daily. Moreover, I took charge of curating the wine portfolio across all four stores, resulting in a remarkable sales figure of over 1 million dollars.As the leader of the stores, it was essential for me to actively participate in the day-to-day operations and demonstrate to my staff that I was fully invested in the success of the business.
