Using a SaaS platform I work with Local and Regional businesses to develop a local logistics solution for same day and last mile delivery while developing predictive analytics. Clients range in revenue from 50k - 2m, with an employee size from 2 - 60. I also manage operational projects to ensure resources are in place to create an efficient streamlined process to better manage client on-boarding, staff outreach, and platform development.

Work with community banks and credit unions throughout the United States to increase productive, bridge organizational and client communication, develop software solutions, and grow revenue by using up to date cutting edge technology and intelligence of S&P Global. -Specialize in helping community banks and credit unions with investor relations, software intelligence, and data products to make efficient decisions when developing, and leverage current and potential client relations. -Help financial institutions develop more proficient prospecting process in order to increase their competitive edge, and execute targeted selling strategies-Work closely with C-level executives at community banks and credit unions to understand institutional needs and identify the appropriate solution offered by S&P in order to have the best business advantage.

I managed the Danville Regional Foundation's K - 12 Service - Learning and Community Service initiative. I was charged with increasing experiential learning for elementary, middle, and high schools with in the Dan River Region; while increasing community engagement for youth through service. I also managed it's Dan River Year program, which paired recent college graduates with non-profits throughout the Dan River Region, for a gap/service year experience, while they gained experience and exposure to community work. I assisted senior staff with economic development, community development, and workforce research. I also assisted senior staff with making decisions on small grants. Overall, I managed 2 initiatives, a six-figure budget, and over 500 volunteers.

Owners turned the historic African-American Winslow Hospital into a 26 bed assisted living facility. They began the process in 2009, and failed four times. In 2013 I was selected to facilitate the licensure process, which I implemented updated policies, updated building blueprints, consulted on building improvements, developed a $360,000 budget, hired staff, built positive relationships with the Virginia Department of Health, and finally the company was able to receive its inaugural provisional license. Then I lead the marketing and sales effort, that lead to the development of relationships with service providers that drove to the placement of residents within 3 months. Due to efforts over the course of 9 months this project transformed from an unlicensed, undesired place of business to a vibrant place of work and live, was 1/3 occupied, and generated revenue of 10k per month.

Coordinated community organizations by teaching United Way's online grant application system for United Way's grant making process. Led the development of small community fundraisers, and the led their Lights On After-School initiative. I also served as Interim Director of Community Impact and Operations during a brief transition period.
