Intraratio is one of the most exciting companies in the manufacturing software industry. We provide some of the most advanced product traceability and genealogy features in an easy to use, modern web based software system. Digitizing the factory floor is the most important endeavor any complex electronic manufacturer can undertake and as VP Operations at Intraratio, I became very intimate with the challenges that come along with doing that. As VP Operations, I oversaw day-to-day operations to support the growth and add to the bottom line. I focussed on strategic planning and goal-setting while implementing project management and other systematic operation improvement initiatives. Controlled direct the operations of the company in support of its goals. By measuring progress and adjusting processes accordingly, I kept the entire organization on track during a fast-paced growth period. Being a small startup, VP Operations included getting my hands dirty with the engineering and marketing teams. While operations and system management are the cornerstone of my management skills, coding is passion. As VP Ops of Intraratio, I not only managed the software engineers and day to day operations, I was also directly responsible for writing huge portions of the company’s software code base.
