I spend my time in two areas. First is Empiric where we help companies de-risk market expansion. We conduct fast-market research to drive strategy guidance and add activation assistance to get traction fast.--My other passion is helping SaaS leadership teams execute better.J3 is the cumulated experience of my work with many great leaders at 6 software companies over 30 years (5 good exits!). Through growing, shrinking and flat markets, with great and challenged teams, the experiences have been a great teacher. My goal is to help younger, growing companies work through (and perhaps around) pitfalls common to growth companies. Before that: 6 startups (5 exited well)---Lev was a company of Salesforce experts dedicated to the clients who rely on software solutions that drive business results. It's great to be part of a critical and vibrant Salesforce ecosystem with a team of experts.---At Lessonly, I got the chance to build a great sales organization from a very early stage through a most difficult transition of "repeatable scale". ----At Geofeedia, I was responsible for building our scalable, repeatable revenue growth. We provided the leading location-based, social media analysis platform. We achieved significant advances in average customer transaction (from 7k to over 20k), expanded into adjacent markets and successfully began selling a platform solution.-----As VP Cross Channel Sales (2012-2014), I reported to ExactTarget COO and was responsible for designing and executing a global Cross Channel sales strategy. Responsible for a management team of 5 Sr. Directors and over 50 individual sales reps----Sr Director, Existing Business Relationship ManagementFor the first 3 years at ExactTarget, I helped create and run the Enterprise relationship management team. Enterprise customers were critical to our success, and their success was my responsibility. Built a team of field-based managers who managed and grew critical clients.----My first professional role was an embedded software developer with McDonnell Douglas from 1986-1990.
