Justin Fluhr is a Senior Minister at Tates Creek Christian Church at Tates Creek Christian Church. He possess expertise in missions, biblical studies, pastoral care. Colleagues describe him as "When I was on staff at WRCC, I had the privilege of serving alongside Justin in his first ministry role as high school pastor. Immediately I was impressed by a young man with the poise, confidence, and work ethic of a seasoned pro. Even so, he demonstrated a willingness to learn and grow, which he did. Justin introduced some innovative and exciting programs to the ministry and it was a joy to work with him to bring them to fruition. One of the most incredible things I saw in all my time on staff was Justin's version of "The Amazing Race," for high school teams. It was a tremendous undertaking and Justin pressed to see all of it to reality, resulting in an event that had unparallelled participation and became legendary in our high school ministry. I still hear the participants (now adults) talk about it. But the RACE (and every event Justin led) were more than just fun things to do, though. Justin always incorporated the message of the Gospel and invited the students to have and develop a relationship with Christ. His counsel and genuine care for the students most certainly cemented life-long, STRONG faith in the hearts of many of the students fortunate enough to call Justin their pastor. Since that day, it has been my pleasure to watch Justin's ministry career take him to the places God ordained for him. Justin is fun to work with and his personality and spirit really gelled with our team. His biblical knowledge and true hunger to know Christ better inspired and convicted me to strive harder myself. Justin has the heart of a pastor, the gift of teaching, and charisma that is contagious. I miss working with my friend, Justin, but love that God is using him as He is.
