During my time with Sia Partners, I worked on a team that focused on the transition away from the London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR). For the first month of my micro internship, Bradley Ziff put me in charge of information collection for the members of Sia Partners working with LIBOR. After this period, I was placed on a team that focused on preparing different branches of Sia Partners (Seattle, Bay Area, Denver, among others) for how to help clients with the LIBOR transition. This centered around writing a company-wide paper on explaining the elimination of the use of LIBOR, the recommended replacements for LIBOR, the necessary steps needed to be taken by companies to facilitate the transition process, and what Sia Partners can do to assist. To prepare for this paper, I sat in on numerous interviews between Bradley Ziff and different sized banks and companies with LIBOR exposure. I took this information to create a in-depth outline for the team, which acted as the framework for writing the paper. After my micro internship ended, Sia Partners officially published this paper, but you will find my name in the acknowledgments.
