These services included complete switch builds MSC and HLR, BSC/RNC builds and re-homes, USP builds, BBSTP builds, RMGW builds, feature implementation, new product support and major nationwide migrations for all Nortel’s GSM and CDMA wireless customers worldwide. Our team was engaged numerously providing expert advice in assisting Nortel ETAS/GTAC with complex issue solutions.Specific Accomplishments: • Led and assisted our team to complete over 1080 jobs in the last three years; 244, of which, were my sole responsibility. • Led a team of Database Engineers to successfully complete all of the AT&T GSM 17 to 18 upgrades nationwide.• Implemented new management and business processes in order to improve and streamline the company’s performance and overall productivity.

Served as lead Engineer on numerous projects nationally and internationally. These projects covered a wide range of Nortel switching products. Included are SL-100, GSM and TDMA/CDMA switches. Responsibilities included installation, commissioning, and network integration, cutover and training of all switch types.Specific Accomplishments: • Installed, Commissioned and integrated 2 international GSM switches for ATTWSI in the Cayman Islands and Curacao.• Provided turn-up support and customer training as well as in-service maintenance on the Cayman and Curacao switches for three months.• Engineered and designed all auxiliary equipment layout and power for ATTWSI in Bermuda for a new switch install. I was a key player in designing the cutover procedures for the new switch.• Sole Commissioner/tester and integrator of a Nortel SL-100 switch replacement for the US Army Ft. Lee, Virginia. This site consisted of a host office and 5 remote sites.

As a part of the Nortel I&C Team in the SL-100 group, I was able to participate in a number of switch installations, upgrades and extensions.
