I maintained harmonized management-employee relations by investigating and resolving conflicts and issues. I developed and coordinated training programs by identifying training needs, developing training materials, and organizing training events.Highlights of accomplishments in this role include:• I created Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for department-level intelligence training which reduced the level no- shows by more than 30%.• I planned, coordinated, and implemented the training for over 120 military intelligence personnel, increasing the amount of qualified personnel from 54% to 76%,• I coordinated three separate Yellow Ribbon Events for over 350 soldiers from all over the United States that had just returned from deployment. These events spanned three months and were to be conducted once per month at 3 dedicated locations with mandatory attendance. Soldiers were allowed to bring family members with them. Oversee all 350 soldiers and their families travel and lodging arrangements to each of these locations. Awarded an Army Achievement Medal for this task.• I built a collaborative and productive working environment and increased readiness levels by instituting standard operating procedures and forecasting training out 90 days so everyone knew what was coming.• I deployed to Afghanistan as part of an interrogation team in support of Special Operations Command. In charge of this 29-man team that spanned two countries and was operating in two different combat operations. I managed this team with zero incidents. Awarded the Army Commendation Medal for this action.
