About Justin Gladieux, Mba, Cepa

Justin Gladieux is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Institutional Architects. Justin has spent his entire career as a recognized leader in the manufacturing, distribution, and placement of life insurance products built for the institutional marketplace. He has a specialty focus on the design and implementation of executive benefit plans, business succession and retention strategies, and corporate asset strategies using life insurance. ​Early in his career, Justin worked for Nationwide Financial holding operational, product development, and sales roles in their COLI division. As a wholesaler he was responsible for distribution of products to; producer groups, banks/wirehouses, IMO/BGAs, and legacy COLI producers. Most recently Justin was the head of the Corporate and Business Solutions team for Lion Street, the leading producer group in the country. He developed and built a team that focused on helping producers design, implement, and close business in the corporate and executive benefit landscape. His extensive insurance experience includes working with a wide array of public and private companies, and many of the nation's elite life insurance producers. He has been involved in some of the largest corporate owned life insurance transactions placed in the last five years. ​Justin holds a BS with honors from The University of Findlay and earned his MBA from Capital University. He also holds the CEPA designation as a Certified Exit Planning Advisor.
