This involved managing cash flow, forecasting revenue and expenses, risk analysis and management, and creating invoices and budgets. I also took on the task of managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and managing returns and refunds.As a small business owner, I had to learn, adjust, and adapt quickly. I spent a lot of time developing and executing marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, and creating engaging content for my website. Overall, owning and operating an online retail business required me to be adaptable, proactive, and a fast learner. It was a challenging and rewarding experience that allowed me to develop a wide range of skills and knowledge in business management, customer service, graphic design, and marketing.

Member of an after-school program that provided highschool students in the Boston area with an introduction to the design, engineering, and construction disciplines.
