As a Senior Vice President in the Raleigh office of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, Justin Good is on the Capital Markets Team and specializes in distressed assets, land investment opportunities, and investment sales throughout the Carolinas. Mr. Good advanced from Associate to Senior Vice President and Principal within four years of joining Cassidy Turley’s Raleigh office. He was instrumental in building a formidable Carolinas Land Services team that represents high-profile financial institutions and developers in both REO assignments and assemblages, primarily for residential and multifamily use but also for potential retail and office development at his previous firm. Overall, the team he leads has completed over 115 transactions valued at $170 million in the past two-and-a-half years, including a 500-plus acre assemblage near Raleigh.

Justin Good is an Senior Vice President in the Raleigh office of Cassidy Turley, where his primary focus is single and multi-family land with a secondary focus on retail and office land in the Triangle market.Mr. Good was previously with a residential land development company, where he specialized in land acquisition and sales, with duties including site selection, analysis of development opportunities and assistant project management. Utilizing his previous development background, Mr. Good is capable of assisting clients through site valuation and analysis of a potential land development while using his relationships that he built with the national, regional, and local home building community to quickly dispose of an asset.Drawing from many years of knowledge and experience operating one of the countries largest, respected, and readily recognized full service real estate firms, Cassidy Turley's Distressed Asset Service Division is uniquely positioned to help clients develop new solutions to challenging problems. Mr. Good is an integral member of Cassidy Turley's Raleigh-based team, which is exceptionally qualified to help clients identify significant and urgent issues, then develop and execute a value protection and recovery plan.
