Previously a Senior Manager on the Business Strategy and Operations team at Shippo.Shippo is a software company that helps e-commerce businesses, online marketplaces, and platforms integrate shipping with multiple carriers through their API and web application. Shippo allows users to compare shipping rates, create labels, generate international customs documents, return labels, and track parcels. Shippo's Strategic and Business Operations team evaluates and helps execute all initiatives across Shippo with a focus on Go-To-Market. After my first year of business school pursuing a University of Washington Foster School of Business MBA, I interned for Shippo and accepted a full-time role while moving my MBA from Full-Time to the Evening program.Prior to attending business school, I led the Business Operations team at eero (acquired by Amazon in February 2019). I originally joined the company as one of the first business hires in 2016 where I helped launch eero's first product, the eero WiFi system. I owned eero's NetSuite ERP and automations to help build a lean and scalable business. I owned the order-to-cash (E-Commerce, Resellers, ISP, Pro Installers), procure-to-pay, and returns business processes. I also project managed a team of eero employees and external consultants to execute the company's top priority business projects. Our key objectives were to: maintain the current business systems, improve current business processes and automations, and execute on the top priority business projects for eero.
