I am a retired IP litigation attorney who moved to Malaga, Spain in early 2024 with my wife to enjoy early retirement. I previously advised clients on intellectual property and complex litigation matters with a focus on computer software and hardware, medical devices, and telecommunications. I counseled clients in federal courts across the country on cases involving patent infringement, trade secret protection, and copyright infringement.I helped to secure a complete victory in the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on behalf of a manufacturer of dental implants, obtaining a precedential decision affirming the invalidity of a competitor’s patent.
