Sold my majority ownership in Lucent Leads to LifeBrandsD2C as part of a strategic M&A to support their industry-leading TV Advertising (clients including MyPillow, GreenDot, Marriott, Tommy John, and more).Led the pre-acquisition process, including negotiations and contract refinement.
