From September 2021 to September 2023 Justin was Associate Director of Commercial and Industrial within the Economics and Property division of Urbis. Responsibilities included undertaking valuations of institutional grade industrial facilities upto 100million, valuations Victorian Ports and other advisory and research in addition to project management and mentoring staff. From March 2009 to August 2021 Justin was employed with WBP Group. Justin was initially employed as a commercial valuer then appointed WBP’s Commercial Valuations Manager in January 2010 and was responsible for managing the commercial team, maintaining and developing business, pricing, quoting, undertaking commercial valuations and maintaining quality control.Justin gained his broad valuation experience both in Australia and abroad. Prior to joining the WBP team in March 2009, Justin worked in the UK at Gerald Eve, a large Valuation practice in London’s west end, working with the head of the Industrial department on specialised valuations.Prior to working and travelling in the UK, Justin worked with Egan National Valuers where he began his valuations career in 2001. During his time at Egan’s, Justin progressed from valuing residential properties for mortgage security purposes to industrial, retail and office properties for mortgage security purposes and specialised properties for financial reporting purposes including schools, universities and parks. His experience also extends to residential family law valuations.Justin has been a Certified Practicing Valuer through the Australian Property Institute since 2004.Justin gained Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors accreditation in October 2014.
