Tatty Stick is a skincare company that is focused on providing all-natural tattoo aftercare along with glide for artists to use while tattooing. The organization takes a unique approach to this market, leveraging personnel strengths to make waves in a well-established market.

Founded by a board-certified family nurse practitioner, Healthy Medical was a startup medical and skincare company. Healthy Medical offered urgent care, weight management services, and a line of skincare products.

I worked to deliver an outstanding customer experience through creating a culture of service and desire to win. As a Senior Store Manager and Team Leader the keys to my success were based on an ability to effectively Communicate key deliverables, Analyze changes to the market, Plan employee career development goals, and Solve Problems.Employees in my stores were empowered in their development and within store operations to make the best decisions for customers and gain valuable experience that set them on the path to promotion. Four employees hired as part time associates were promoted to store manager under my leadership, and we consistently performed at the top of the Chicago Region achieving top overall performance twice, and we also delivered a Top 20 company performance during Q4 2011 out of over 4700 stores. Overall, in approaching the task of management I focused on: Customer Satisfaction, Team Building, Recruiting, Hiring, Coaching, Sales Management, Performance Management, Performance Analysis, Employee Training, Inventory Management, and Store Operations.

As head of the Loss Prevention my core responsibility was to collaborate with the rest of the store to communicate any shrink issues and to foster open dialogue to prevent any company losses or clerical discrepancies. On a daily basis I would create a new area of awareness for the team to ensure we were attentive to the needs and behaviors of customers. Upon taking the role I developed a checklist to verify at-risk item inventory and prevent loss through various exits and hidden locations. As Captain, I also made sure to disseminate all pertinent information to my team, and ensure timely schedule production.
