• Utilized ML algorithms to develop a unique that more effectively predicts Naval Submarine GPS location, ultimately reducing the prediction radius from 100km to 10km, equivalent to a 90% increase in accuracy

• Created a reporting structure to analyzed circuit failure data using over 1M data points resulting in a $1M cost avoidance
• Identified process deficiencies and recalibrated the circuit activation process using critical failure-based data driven decisions for over 15K engineer dispatches
• Championed an initiative to use innovative IoT solutions to solve deficits in current processes of external business units with a team of engineers utilizing their expertise outside of day-to-day responsibilities
• Prototyped an IoT device used to collect conference room utilization data anonymously which led to a collaboration with Corporate Real Estate and presentation to a panel including executive leadership, receiving.

Students in calculus I and II work in groups to solve challenging problems, and I, as in ES leader, help facilitate group discussions and problem solving tactics for the groups.
