With over 15 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I am passionate about providing evidence-based nutrition care and education to patients, staff, and the community. I am currently the Assistant Director of Food & Nutrition at AVI Foodsystems, where I manage the food service operations and CBORD dining system administration at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Pavilion, a state-of-the-art facility that offers advanced care for complex patients.In my previous roles, I led teams of inpatient and outpatient RDs, food service managers and front-line associates, collaborated with clinical and IT teams to enhance clinical documentation, and worked with hospital management through the union negotiation process and labor meetings.
