Justin Henceroth is the co-founder and CEO of Zite, a digital platform for monitoring and managing physical infrastructure projects and networks. A scientist and designer who has spent most of his career in the public sector, Justin brings a unique and broad set of skills to building a company that is designed to help improve the quality of field projects -- ensuring that investments in development, resilience, and climate adaptation projects and programs are as valuable as they can be. Prior to launching Zite, Justin was the Innovation Program Manager at UNOPS, where he built tools for monitoring humanitarian reconstruction that were used on more than 100,00 individual sites in 16 countries. Justin has also worked on urban climate resilience planning projects in Southeast Asia and on facilitating collaborative public dialogues throughout the United States. Justin holds a Masters in Design for Risk and Resilience from Harvard University and a BA in Biology from Colorado College. He is a 2012 Henry Luce Scholar, 2005 Boettcher Scholar, and has won multiple global awards, including the National Environmental Collaboration and Conflict Resolution Award and the Prudence Foundation Global Disaster Technology Competition. He is fluent in English, Thai, and Spanish.
