As a Player/Coach, I led a design team focused on 2 initiatives: an AI product review suite and a sales aggregator designed to enhance business ROI, ROAS, and product market fit. Designed and implemented DEEP, Better’s proprietary Decision Engine that automated tasks for Capital Markets. I was the sole designer on a P1 objective that reduced latency by 90%, removed 3rd party dependency, and scaled their refinance business while facilitating the purchase, sale, and pricing of loans on the secondary market.• Launched DEEP, Decision Engine Eligibility and Pricing, an enterprise-level mortgage pricing tool• Designed a companion platform for testing historic loan scenarios• Responsible for Design/Eng handoff, QA, and Testing of pre-launch builds• Regularly contributed components to Better’s Design Systems team• Collaborated daily with cross function teams of engineers, capital markets, and more

I was the first product designer at LeafLink, responsible for establishing their processes and design system. There, I transformed 5 verticals including Core and Marketplace and led the launch of Finance and Logistics, 2 blue sky initiatives in the B2B Cannabis space.• Worked closely with leadership to define quarterly OKRs and product goals• Merged inventory flows with Metrc, the Government regulated seed-to-sale tracking system• Increased product visibility and organic traffic by over 50% on purchase and order screens• Kept regular communication with users on our internal RIB/BIB boards I established• Introduced a fully functional design system with documentation in Storybook

Led the IO Design team in the successful relaunch of Account Manager, TM's platform that handles close to $1 billion in season ticket transactions. I was also heavily involved in designing the new Mobile Entry ticket, Virtual Venue, and other large scale TM projects.• Converted a B2B2C adaptive legacy product to the responsive web • Integrated E-commerce tools into a WYSIWYG website builder• Gave weekly updates to 30+ company stakeholders on AM, STP, Gameday, and more• Coordinated handoffs between NYC, LA, and New Delhi (India)• Launched the Mobile Entry ticket design now used at every Live Nation venue
