Working with my team to bring a rich customer service experience to any of our customers either via email or Phone or even on site here in Hamilton. I take pride in my onsite repairs keeping the turn around time to a minimum but the quality and testing to a maximum to ensure all my repairs meet customers expectations.

Operate and Run the Social Media Platforms for DISH TV: New Zealand's largest manufacturer of Freeview Products to ensure that customers are well alert and informed on any changes to DISH TV's products as well as answering and processing customer issues and general information. Being part of the Technical team as well it makes it easier to respond and keep customers up to date with future developments.

Working with others to ensure stock was processed and dispatched to customers in a timely manner, also taking calls from customers with regards tracking / shipment questions.
