As the VP Of Operations for the MidWest Business Unit I was responsible for overall operational performance for six regions located across the USA. These regions included markets Fayetteville (NC), Detroit, Chicago, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Indianapolis, Phoenix, and Seattle. Regular collaboration and support of internal business partners with engagement in Sales, Customer Service, quality and safety, vendor management, and implementations projects. Transportation services provided encompassed the logistics verticals of Life Sciences, Radiopharmaceuticals, and eCommerce. I was leader of a team of more than 50 company employees with over 300 independent contractors.

As the Director of Operations I was responsible for the overall performance of the company. This included areas of responsibility in Employee management, Fleet operations, Safety programs, DOT compliance, Quality and Continuous Improvements initiatives. Additionally, I was customer facing providing both cross functional support and customer relationship management.

Responsible for Daily Vendor Management and Performance in the First, Middle, and Last Mile segments.

As the Regional Delivery Manager I was responsible for the MidWest territory for DHLeC. I oversaw the day-to-day vendor management of >25 Delivery Service Providers across >15 states in the Final Mile sector. I lead a team of 5 - 10 employees, all remote based, and provided support to cross funcitonal teams in Quality, Sales, Operations, and Compliance. I was GEMBA and First Choice trained and certified by DHLeC Internal Training programs.

As the Quality Assurance Manager I was part of the team that transitioned DHL's "SmartMail" Business Unit to what is now DHLeC. We reviewed and reset the Operations Manual to transition the business from a catalog company to a domestic package focused company. Working hand in hand with the Operations team to provide support and problem resolution. Additionally, I was responsible for auditing the contracted vendors / delivery service providers twice a year to ensure their compliance to DHLeC standards. This was also the role that introduced me to the Kaizen methods with focused training by internal DHLeC business partners.

Responsible for the operations of a neighborhood swim and social club comprised of approximately 350 families. I oversee a board of twelve total volunteers, and mainly work in the advertising and marketing areas of the club.

Currently serving as a team member for the Lean Six sigma based program called "Lean Mail Processing". We are standardizing operations, analyzing and identifying waste, and implementing new processes in the Cincinnati Processing and Distribution Center.

Installation head of a stand alone postal facility with approximately fifty employees. Daily responsibilities include budget, finance, operations management, scheduling, and vehicle fleet maintenance.
