At Riot, I oversaw the Southeast Asia and Taiwan markets. While there, I launched Riot's new games in the region including:• VALORANT a global FPS leading to 10M+ trials • Wild Rift (MMOBA) hitting #1 on App Store, achieving 30M+ trials • Legends of Runeterra a CCG • Arcane - Riot's first animated series and one of the most popular Netflix series I also grew the Singapore office and helped to grow our publishing and development hub. Other notable achievements include Hyperplay (an ASEAN focused concert), Neon (Riot's first Filipino champion in a major video game) and developed strategic partnerships with VNG, TWM and Garena.

I developed the regional growth strategy for Southeast Asia and Taiwan. I developed the high level strategy, organization growth plan and developed product strategy for the growth of the region.

At Say Media, I managed the sales, revenue and development of our advertising products, most notably AdFrames and Portable Creative. While at Say, I was responsible for the US P&L and the global operations team in New York, Portland, San Francisco and Chicago. While at Say I founded the Portland office, launched our Portable Creative product, and closed the gender pay gap among sellers.

I lead the Creative Studio at Say, a team of designers, developers, producers and QA analysts in Portland, Montreal, London and New York. My job is to set the team's strategic priorities and ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly. The Creative Studio manages all aspects of creative production at Say Media. This includes design and development of the company website, marketing collateral, digital advertisements and migration of sites to Tempest (among them Daily Vice, Maxim, Rachael Ray, Bio and xoJane). In my first year of managing the team, I increased throughput by 20% while reducing operating costs by 35%.I also led the opening, design and launch of Say's Portland office and serve as general manager of the office. In our first year, we grew the team to 26 designers, developers and engineers.

As Chief of Staff, I managed special projects for our CEO. My biggest project was working on the development and growth of our publishing platform, Tempest. This included developing a monetization strategy, building strategic partnerships with publishers and bringing market feedback to the product development team to inform feature design.Other key projects included the sale of the Dogster and Catster properties and opening Say's Portland office.

At Say, I advised senior leadership on key organizational issues and managed high priority cross-functional projects. Examples of key projects include messaging and implementation of the company's brand relaunch, overseeing a presidential transition, managing the leadership development program for the company's management team and developing a sales training platform called University of Say.

I built and developed the internal communications strategy for the company. I developed messaging and strategies for the executive team, managed company All Hands, developed and executed on the agenda for the sales conference and developed a digital internal publication called Mosaic.

As Booz & Company's first Talent Manager, I helped to develop a program to better balance staff development needs with the business requirements of the firm, deliver on our global culture commitments and create a people infrastructure that can be replicated throughout the company. The pilot began in the Consumer, Media and Digital practice.My position focused on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, especially in the areas of diversity, talent management, training and retention.

While at Booz & Company, I further developed my experience in the Consumer, Media and Digital practices, focusing on leading large transformation projects within our Digital and Media groups.I focused on furthering my expertise in organizational development and operations, creating a process, systems and operations blueprint for a major telecommunications company's retail refresh. I worked with senior leaders to develop the strategy and implemented it throughout all of their retail stores nationwide.I also led a strategy refresh of a national business magazine, helping the company to create a plan to react quickly to disruptive technologies, especially within the digital media space.

I led a team of six analysts to investigate opportunities in the Eastern European telecommunications space for a Scottish reverse logistics provider based in Scotland.The program was co-sponsored by Columbia University and the University of Glasgow.

While at the Philippine Embassy, I worked with the Ambassador to deliver on diplomatic initiatives. My key responsibilities included event planning, scheduling meetings with various diplomats and developing a public relations strategy.

I worked at Karma Magazine, a national nightlife startup magazine as one of two founding senior staff writers. My desk covered new clubs and events in New York, San Francisco. I also covered travel features for the magazine, including a survey of nightlife in Southeast Asia.
