Mr. Clark is a founding partner of Clark Gaines Properties and oversees the firm’s service business and business development. He specializes in the full range of both tenant and landlord representation services - including sales and purchase transactions, relocations, marketing and build-to-suit opportunities. With a strong and well-developed background in sales, Mr. Clark works with new and existing clients to identify ways to add to their bottom line and maximize their real estate transactions.In 2013, the Houston Business Journal named Mr. Clark one of Houston’s Top 20 Real Estate Brokers. He is a graduate of the 2011-2012 Leadership North Houston class and served as the President of the Alumni Association in which he is still actively involved as a board member. Mr. Clark also currently serves as Chair for the Intercontinental Chamber of Commerce in Stafford and has been with the Intercontinental Chamber of Commerce since 2013. Mr. Clark earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and he has also obtained the distinguished Society of Industrial and Office Realtors designation (SIOR) – a designation that only 2,900 practitioners hold worldwide. As a Lifetime Member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Mr. Clark serves as Division Chairman of the Gatekeeper Committee where he personally oversees the stadium operations and seven teams and is responsible for 1400 volunteers. Mr Clark is an active member of The Foundry Methodist Church on Fry Road.Mr. Clark is an eagle scout and The United States Tae Kwon Do Federation 1999 Men’s Black Belt National Grand Champion. As a graduate of the Dwight Look College of Engineering at Texas A&M he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and boating as well as competing in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo World Championship Bar-B-Q Cook Off. Mr. Clark and his wife, Layne, enjoy spending time with their daughters Lilly and Lottie.

Mr. Clark joined Caldwell Companies with a strong background in sales. He worked with new and existing clients to identify ways to add to their bottom line and maximize their real estate transactions. He assisted clients with site selection, acquisitions, dispositions, lease analysis, financial analysis, market research and negotiations. His perseverance and determination added value to his clients’ firms and have made their companies more successful and profitable. Mr. Clark’s past sales experience at Bell and MCCoy and education gives him a greater understanding of his clients’ needs which aids him in exceeding their expectations.

Mr. Clark’s role as an outside sales rep at Bell and McCoy cultivated relationships and knew the electrical market. He would see each of my customers once or twice a week, and in doing this, made it his goal to find out how I could add to my clients’ bottom line and enhance their businesses. As a manufactures representative, he represented a lot of quality manufactures, so he worked hard to sell and promote each manufacturer and find the best fit for their products with each of his customers.
