About Justin Camp

I am a writer and a storyteller with a heart for adventure. I co-founded Gather Ministries with my wife, Jennifer, and created the WiRE for Men devotional.I’m currently writing The WiRE Series for Men—a set of Christian non-fiction books from the publisher David C Cook. The first book in the series, Invention, released in spring 2017; it’s about God-given identity. Odyssey released in spring 2020; it’s about sacred journeys. And Rescue released fall 2021; it’s about authentic community. Invention, Odyssey, Rescue, and the WiRE one-year compilation ebook were all Amazon #1 bestsellers.It’s an honor and a joy to equip busy men to pursue God more earnestly and enjoy more of His goodness and love.My writing has also been featured and seen on Charisma, Moody Radio, Focus on the Family, GOD TV, The Christian Post, Crosswalk, Beliefnet, LifeWay Men, Outreach Magazine, CBN, Promise Keepers Canada, and other media outlets.Prior, I spent 15 years managing a small, early-stage Silicon Valley venture capital firm and got to invest in some amazing entrepreneurs. Before that, I did a stint at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, a Wall Street law firm. In addition to a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, I graduated from UCLA with a degree in Economics and Political Science.Jennifer and I (and our three teenagers) love traveling; we love getting lost in new cities. We also love adventure and exploring the wildernesses of the West.Basecamp is the San Francisco Peninsula.
