• Responsible for the analysis, design, and development of online and ILT training courses for business clients of AAA University.
• Plays an integral role with change management as the point-of-contact and primary lead during development of course materials including client interface, project management and team member contact.

• Work closely with the Manger of Instructional Design and Development to oversee the daily duties of the design team and assume a leadership role within the instructional design team.
• Lead instructional design initiatives through the application of best practices and standards.
• Develop custom learning programs and activities utilizing blended learning approaches, including highly interactive web-based training, instructor-led training, and both electronic and paper-based performance support.
• Establish learning objectives and create knowledge check or assessment questions including situational or scenario based-questions that contribute to mastery of learning objectives.
