Oversight of the business operations in Alexandria, Bemidji, Brainerd and Wadena radio markets.

Responsible for billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and monthly financial close for three Townsquare Media markets: Duluth, Ft. Collins, and Grand Junction. Maintains general ledger, and prepares balance sheet reconciliations monthly. Provides budget variance analysis, after each close.Prepares monthly/quarterly sales tax spreadsheets, and files return with the State. Maintains personnel files. Handles new hire on-boarding and termination procedures for the markets, and benefits enrollment for 80+ employees. Processes payroll, including monthly sales commission calculations.Prepares annual budgets, and re-forecasts revenue and expenses throughout the year.Provides daily/weekly sales reporting and inventory management reports/analysis. Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications and develops new processes, as needed.Supervises Business Manager, Assistant Business Manager and business office employees in all markets.
