I am currently working on a project to introduce CRM and EDMS to Coastline Housing. My role includes the project management, process analysis and requirements definition for the project.

• Responsible for the roll out of Mobile Working solutions to front line staff in areas of poor network connectivity.• Developing electronic forms using SharePoint with MS Workspace to allow mobile collection of data in areas of no mobile network coverage.

• Completed procurement and rollout of mobile technologies to enable data dissemination and capture for Care Workers in remote areas.• Developed robust processes to enable the accurate recording of data for performance indicators, finance and business analysis within the Responsive Repairs environment.• Developed and rolled out training in mobile working for Responsive Repairs.• Rolled out and further developed Corporate Performance Management Software in CorVu and SSRS. This has included creating processes to capture performance, project and risk data and the development of dashboards.

• Defined meta-models and modelling standards in order to establish an MPS Enterprise Architecture Framework. • Implemented the Corporate Metadata Repository environment and provided support for its users.• Provided consultancy and support to all ICT projects in the production of logical data models, business process models, interface specifications and other requirements documentation.

• Involved in the development of recruitment software.• Responsible for recruitment, training, development and management of the Product Delivery team.• Specialised in the branding of e-recruitment software for key clients.• Conducted quality assurance tests.• Wrote training guides.

• Developed and documented a Proof of Concepts for using XML technologies.• Assisted in the development of XML transformation for Human Resources data which included further improvement to MPS XML Schemas.• Documented transformation processes for future users.• Assisted in the specification of Data Standards for the Metropolitan Police Service.
