• Support the Navy Operational Test and Evaluation Force (OPTEVFOR) Ballistic Missile Defense System Task Order within the Missile Defense System Operational Test Agency (MDS OTA)• Support hardware in the loop ground tests and live fire flight tests• Prepare a test execution plan for OPTEVFOR representatives to adhere to during hardware in the loop ground testing for the Aegis missile defense system• Create test documentation (e.g., Observer Data Collection Form, Daily Status Report, Initial Observation Report, Deployment Roster, etc.) to elicit data gathering for the system under test• Prepare and deliver presentations to government leadership and colleagues• Coordinate with government personnel from multiple commands to ensure test requirements are met• Support briefings for element status meetings, test scenario design reviews, test schedule deconfliction, etc.

• Conduct tests to evaluate the durability and performance retention of jet engines at near sea-level atmospheric conditions.• Develops and executes test projects that modify J85 jet engines to meet customer-specific project requirements.• Directs pre-test planning, execution of test operations, and post-test assessment of test projects for a missile plume simulator.• Create a 3D rendering of a burner system for use in a missile plume simulator, resulting in streamlined design implementation of new components. • Design a thermal camera probe housing capable of surviving submersion into the exhaust flow of a J85 jet engine at full after burner, resulting in a more accurate gap analysis of design output to customer requirements.• Authors work instructions, hazard analysis, and safety plans for test facilities and test projects, ensuring employees and customer resources are protected.
