Voxiva provided mobile-centric digital health services to the US health care industry and disease surveillance systems in the US and internationally. It counted 8 out of the top 10 Medicaid health plans as customers and supported multiple US and international government contracts.Voxiva's digital health programs reached and engaged individuals at large scale to improve their health and deliver cost and quality improvement results for clients. Published research studies demonstrated Voxiva’s impact on maternal health, diabetes, smoking cessation, and member engagement. Working with health care providers, state health departments, and over 20 of the nation’s largest health plan clients, Voxiva’s programs enrolled more than 3 million people. We helped 20,000 people quit smoking, 100,000 people learn to manage diabetes, 1,000,000 people have healthy pregnancies and 1,250,000 people follow recommended preventative care measures.Voxiva also built disease surveillance systems to support the identification and management of outbreaks of infectious diseases. Voxiva built and ran the national disease reporting system in Rwanda, Peru and other developing world countries, it ran a school health surveillance system in DC, and it provided advanced analytical systems to the government of Alberta, Canada. The company achieved profitability in 2011, drove compound growth of more than 50% per annum and entered into an agreement to sell the company to Wellpass in 2016.
