DTI Group Ltd is one of the world's leading mobile CCTV solution providers working in the public transit sector. My role was to spearhead penetration into the resources sector, securing and project managing delivery of CCTV for 180 remotely operated trains and 80 level crossings. This involved managing teams to scope, design, develop and implement hardware and software solutions to suit the extraordinarily harsh environments of the Pilbara. The client was Rio Tinto in conjunction with their alliance partner Ansaldo STS. My role involved planning, resource allocation, research, client and project management through to implementation of the pilot projects.

Formulated commercialisation plan, market development, attract commercialisation funds and facilitated trade sale.

My role was to help organisations identify opportunities and then develop approaches to add value to the bottom line. Most typically this involved aligning IT and business strategy, and in many cases software development to provide processes and systems for people to work most effectively.In this role, I secured business in excess of $20 million and managed individual programmes of work in excess of $10 million, helping grow the business year on year in excess of 25% per annum top line and profit for 5 years straight.
