Working with Barclays, SSE Energy, PlayStation, Sony Music, BBC, Vodafone, O2, Skoda, Waitrose and Canon.Creating products and services from the ground up: from responsive websites and native apps to online game design, large scale digital transformation projects, software, adaptive digital brands and social media platforms.My last project with SSE Energy I lead a team of 12, conducting user research, writing analytics reports, accessibility reports, design guidelines, white papers on design theory and interactivity, with weekly stakeholder face to face and video presentations. Delivering over 45 detailed and connected user flows and started the set up of an internal SSE Digital Studio.My key skills are managing a customer-centric user focus, whilst matching business goals.Improving working practices from implementing new systems to manage content creation, to remodeling multi-disciplinary teams. I have a keen interest in habitual and behavioral science and the use of first-hand observation within design.
