Responsible for the administration of the Bank’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Provides software expertise, analysis, recommendations, employee training and implementation guidance on utilizing CRM to deliver solutions that support the strategic and operational goals of the Bank.1. CRM Management & Optimization: Oversee the administration and development of the Bank’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integration, and alignment with business processes. Digital Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital initiatives like email campaigns, social media, and website updates.10. Software Integration: Identify CRM integration opportunities with other Bank systems, working with developers to ensure seamless data flow and custom projects.
