In January 2020, Blue Rose Capital Advisors established DeveloP3rs. This separate division serves as a dedicated team to provide consulting services to capital and infrastructures projects.

I joined the TRIL companies, Blue Rose’s parent company, in April 2018. I provide financial and economic consulting services to the firm’s clients. Within the firm’s P3 Advisory Practice, I utilize my knowledge and experience to assist clients in understanding the P3 approach to procurement, determining the appropriateness of the range of delivery methods and ensuring that the long-term P3 partnerships rest on a secure financial and economic foundation.

As a Vice President at MPT I am working to enhance and expand the product offerings of MPT while also exploring litigation consulting services opportunities through newly formed MPT-Services. MuniPriceTracker ("MPT"), a secondary market trading evaluation and monitoring service for tax-exempt bonds, is an independent web-based data and technology provider serving the municipal market. Through customized reports and web-based monitoring, MPT provides bond pricing transparency to verify compliance with the pricing and arbitrage/rebate requirements established by the IRS regulations governing tax-exempt bonds, private activity bonds, Build America Bonds, and other governmental bond issues. MPT is under common ownership and management with Blue Rose Capital Advisors.

Instructor in the MBA program at the GISMA Business School during the Fall 2012 semester. Focus of the course is on understanding how the principles of microeconomics can guide business decision making.

Successfully defended dissertation and completed requirements for a Ph.D. in Economics. Research covered carefully devised experiments to answer open questions regarding the non-profit sector with special attention taken in the econometric (statistical) analysis.
