Asset Management’s role is to achieve positive investor outcomes while improving the lives of an underserved tenant population and the quality of an underutilized asset class. We run point on business plan execution, liquidity management, fund management, performance analytics, recapitalizations, refinances, dispositions, underwriting assumptions and budgeting.
