• Administer and manage several hundred computers and servers to keep them secure and at best performance for four different companies • Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting for many clients at all levels of complexity • Install new networking devices and infrastructure at client locations that include but are not limited to PC’s, servers, routers, switches, and security cameras. • Interact with hardware and software vendors to find solutions for client’s IT problems • Provide reliable communication throughout extended hours of the day • Safeguard personal and confidential information

• Take on contract-like work and provide advising for small businesses and individuals on a recommendation basis • Do a variety of IT projects such as Windows 10 upgrades, PC and phone repair, security camera and cable installations, MDM enrollment, and setting up large quantities of new computers and monitors for clients.
