- Partner with Store Leadership to execute tasks that streamline the product cycle- Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure product is readily available for clients- Display expertise and familiarity of product knowledge, brand history, company policies, and store/company strategies- Provide a friendly and welcoming environment to both our external and internal clients- Consistently work with sales-floor team to ensure customers are receiving product in a timely manner

- Assist customers by attending to their inquires about the products/services we carry and other related questions- Enhance the shopping experience through providing premium customer service and being attentive to the customers at all times- Maintain sales floor appearance through constantly organizing our products in a way that attracts the customers- Utilize team work skills to increase work efficiency throughout the shop and exceed company goals

- Oversee all activities of the store while ensuring employees are always on task- Communicate with management within the company about any company updates or changes- Conduct staff meetings to ensure everyone is on the same page and update them on any changes in procedures- Ensure stock inventory is always up-to-date and stock room is always organized- Conduct money counts on a daily basis to ensure we always have the correct amount of money- Utilize social media to engage with the audience and inform them on new products and promotions
