KEY FUNCTION:Strategizing and delivering sales results by enhancing training/coaching to Retail Sales Ambassadors to ensure quality selling behaviour and sales growth. Effective formulation and implementation of retail and wholesale strategies by closely working with frontlines, related departments internally to achieve business growth. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES:Business Growth and development1. Formulate and successfully implement overall retail strategies including sales/motivation/training plans for the retail markets of Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore and Malaysia.2. Develop field sales action plan for team members to implement with effective supervision including a. Drive revenue growth, analyse sales results b. Execute retail project and sales analysis effectively3. Work in tandem with Marketing and PR functions to manage/lead trade marketing projects and VM 4. Closely communicate and work together with management (APAC and Central) counterparts to ensure the Retail Team is maximising the contribution to the company goalRetail Operations1. Inventory management: responsible for ensuring that stores have the right amount of inventory at the right time.2. Store operations: oversees the management of individual stores, including staffing, scheduling, and training employees, ensuring compliance with safety and security policies, and maintaining store cleanliness and appearance.3. Sales and marketing: work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.4. Customer service: responsible for ensuring that customers receive high-quality service and have a positive shopping experience. 5.
