• Providing technical support to consultants, designers, and end users in a professional and timely manner.• Preparing quotation and tender documents for commercial or residential projects.• Quality control and ensure all production meets Australian standards, minimising Company risk/exposure by adopting best practice techniques in all illumination and technical projects• Maintaining professional and technical knowledge of the distributed product range by attending training sessions, reviewing supplier websites, establishing personal networks, and reading industry publications.• Lighting & Technical design for all relevant projects working closely with Sales Manager.• Manage to prepare Lighting proposals based on clients’ requirements.• Manage to Propose alternative lighting products, for the inquiries• Estimation of project production costs• Create & Coordinate new Lighting and Technical work orders, consisting of job & resource requirements, purchasing requisition etc. once projects have been approved.• Maintain an exacting Production schedule for approved projects - Ensuring production projects run within budget and timelines.• Communication with the suppliers.• Communicate with Sales Manager.• Site inspection for technical issues with lighting.

They create, design, and supply architectural lighting luminaires and systems to various large-scale projects nationally.End to end project oversight and delivery - including project planning, budget management, risk management, technical quality assurance, project estimates, client management, commercial issue management, testing management.Maintain communications with Sales Director regarding progress, budget, and completion goals.Create lighting schedules, assist with design, and produce quotation for lighting projects to customers in a timely manner, meeting project deadlines and commitments.Understand the customer's needs through lighting schedules, blueprints, and site inspections.Works with distributors, contractors, and manufacturers to manage and deliver commercial projects.Provide technical support to consultants, designers, and end users in professional and timely manner.Communicate with international suppliers and freight forwarders throughout the whole process of purchasing and importing luminaires.

• Test, troubleshoot, and diagnose computer hardware failures• Replace, adjust and/or repair faulty components, down to the subassembly level, including but not limited to the removal and replacement of hard drives, memory, modems, motherboards, etc.• Conduct testing and troubleshooting functions with the assistance of information in the form of written or verbal descriptions/diagrams• Perform data input of required material• Perform quality inspections for all completed processes• Read and interpret schematic diagrams and technical manuals• Research and order parts required for individual repairs• Provide feedback to supervisors of any observed trends or unusual failure conditions• Miscellaneous daily tasks including quality control support• Other duties as assigned
