As an Operations Associate, I provide support for national initiatives, contracts, and third-party relationships on a company-wide level (8,200+ employees).Projects and responsibilities range greatly but my primary focus includes:• Software Management: administration for licenses, invoice tracking, usage analytics, and allocations• Technology: Create training resources and ongoing live training support• Operations Support: Provide ad hoc requests and reporting support for Operations Leaders for national initiatives, vendors and usage of tech tools• Outsourcing: Maintain the current landscape and collage usage analytics and statistics on efficiencies as well as future state planning• Procurement: Utilize the procurement system to maintain invoice tracking and payment processes• Finance/Budgeting: Maintain ongoing tracking sheets to evaluate spend and budgeting• Agency integration: Maintain dashboards and progress reports for the integration of all agency acquisitions in conjunction with regional leadership• KPIs/Analytics/Metrics: Maintain Operations Scorecard and assist other functions with the development of ongoing metrics• Compliance: CCPA inventory maintenance

In school, we had to memorize the periodic table, read Shakespeare, and learn how to find the limit of an equation (the limit does not exist).But now that we’re in the “real world”, I’m realizing I’m not as prepared as I thought I was. Why weren’t we taking classes like Intro to Filing Your Taxes, Healthy Carbs 101, or History of Making Friends and Being Social? This is a show for those of us who don’t know what the heck we’re doing, but want to start figuring it out.
