Projects have included implementing Request, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Release, Config management, procurement, HR, and Facilities process modules. I have also built and deployed custom applications and solutions to improve organizational efficiency and productivity through leveraging automation and machine learning. I am also a Certified SCRUM Master and Product Owner. I have been actively managing and participating in agile development teams for the last ten years as a SCRUM Master and Product Owner. I am passionate about working with companies and organizations to reduce costs, improve operational efficiency, and show results.
