I'm experienced in advising on the full range of regulatory requirements for digital asset and cryptocurrency activities, including securities and derivatives, banking, money services and crypto-specific laws such as New York's BitLicense regime. My practice also focuses on strategic bank regulatory advice, financial regulatory reform, the Bank Holding Company Act and bank regulatory considerations in connection with a variety of transactional matters.
