Throughout my previous experience, including the position of Manufacturers Representative, I commonly support the architectural and contractor community with specification development, code review, custom design solutions, project take-offs and estimating as well as complete project condition review and product installation training. The previous position of Manufacturers Representative provides critical knowledge and experience with additional product lines such as single-ply roofing, vertical air-vapor-water barriers, and below and above grade water proofing materials that address complete building envelope watertight design. This unique set of skills allows me to visualize a project in its entirety, provide solutions for new construction development as well as retrofit applications, and offer critical support to avoid water intrusion issues as expansion joints tie into other building materials, thus minimizing overall design liability.Additional industry specialties include cultivation and maintaining key accounts with an unsurpassed level of service, development of Sales & Marketing strategies, Business and Sales Management, and competitor product knowledge.
