Large collection of tasks including, but not limited to: effectively communicate customer’s concern with their vehicle to service technicians in order to achieve proper diagnosis, interpret back to customer vehicle needs according to technician’s inspections, communication with technicians, Parts Associates, Department Directors to ensure timely completion or work, writing repair orders with full transparency including cost and time estimates, setting and confirming appointments, greeting customers in timely and friendly manner, determining vehicle needs based on customer information and vehicle walk-around, and providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.

Began with Texas Roadhouse giving exceptional service as part of the wait staff. Was then brought into the kitchen as a part of the kitchen staff as a hot prep cook. Success at the hot prep position earned an invitation to do two new store openings as a corporate trainer at the position. From the second new store opening, was asked to become a member of a future store management team as an Assistent Kitchen Manager. The position was accepted, and the new store was opened and is still open to this day.
