Simudyne is a pioneering simulation software company. Our software libraries, available as a software development kit (SDK), are free to download for evaluation purposes. The SDK is used to build digital twins using an agent-based modelling framework. Hawkeye was a large advertising holding company comprised of entrepreneurial marketing companies who are "best in class." Retained by John Tedstrom, Managing Director, Strategic Development and Theron Gore, Director of Interactive Services, to help launch Hawkeye's UK FFWD brand in North America in July 2001. At launch, North American billings were $150 million and European billings were $250 million. I worked directly with the principals who spent most of their careers in the big agency world (Omnicom, WPP, and more). It was acquired by Publicis in 2014.

AGENCY.COM was a large marketing services agency. Trained and mentored Analysts and Strategists. Key team member on executive-level pitch to Genomics company resulting in $8MM contract. Collaborated with teams acquiring $6.5 MM in business. Representative projects:GM OnStar Interactive Strategy: Budget: $750K. Managed strategy engagement, leading team in development of an innovative, creative and highly praised strategic plan. Assessed target buyers, competitive environment and key industry trends. Defined long-term vision, roadmap, critical success factors, and implementation tactics. Incyte Genomics Website Redesign Project: Budget: $3M. Worked with controller to determine the net present value (NPV) for $15MM portfolio of business projects. Assisted on complete website redesign for stronger internet presence.

Wrote business plan and supervised employees, sub-contractors and annual budget with profit and loss (P&L) responsibility. Sold, scoped and managed multiple projects with budgets up to $250,000 and teams of 3-8 people. Sold $1.2MM in consulting and technology development projects. Spoke at five national conferences. With Lipman Hearne, worked with more than 10 colleges, universities, and not-for-profit organizations on Web development initiatives. In 1999, sold the business.
